South East Italy is magical.
Puglia is relatively untouched and unknown which is what I love most about it.
Day 1-3 {Lecce}
Rustico. Only in Lecce / Puglia can you get these. Puff pastry filled with bechamel sauce, chopped tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Legend has it that its Lecce’s version of a Vol au vent. Even though a gal au vent is about a 10th of this size. Italy does it bigger!
